How we work

Quality follows the task.

A software task, a financial research dialogue and a design workspace need different acceptance criteria. We define those criteria with the delivery scope.

From a target capability
to a useful dataset.

Define the scope. Review representative tasks and acceptance criteria before agreeing the delivery.

  1. 01

    Define the work

Agree on the target capability, task types, permitted sources and expected outputs.

  2. 02

    Review representative tasks

Inspect representative tasks, environment behavior, scoring and model trajectories.

  3. 03

    Agree the delivery

Set the accepted task versions, review criteria, data format, volume and timeline.

TASK EVALUATION

Define how to evaluate the result.

Task review

Review the instructions, available inputs, environment and checks for the selected task.

Delivery contents

Agree on task instructions, environment files, outputs and trajectory formats for the selected program.

Release review

Resolve review findings and confirm the accepted delivery. Automated checks support the decision; they do not replace it.
